why expectations part-2

In my previous article someone ask me that expectations comes naturally and how can we overcome from it?? Mera article padhne ke bad ye question to banta hai...... Main bhi manti hun ki expectations ke Jaal se bahar nikalna mushkil hai lekin impossible nahi.......as you know that "every thing is possible in this world'"
Hum log jaane anjane apno se yu he EXPECTATIONS lga baithte hai bina unko explain kiye and as a result most of the time khud ko nirash kr lete h or khi na khi us insaan se disappoint ho jate h....main apne article se aapko bas itna message Dena chahti hun agar apki expectations Puri nahin Hoti to disappoint hone ki bajaye sirf itna apni habbit me Shamil karle ya ye kahu ki ek line ko Apne dimag mein baitha le ki ''EXPECTATIONS MAINE LI THI SAMNE WALE NE DI NAHIN THI"yakeen maniye aapki life me or khud aap me bhot change aayega jise aap khud notice karenge.......I think you should try to make a beautiful and better relationships......

    Well said...but its not totally correct ..hum kabhi bhi expectation se bahar nahi nikal sakte..bacche apne maa baap se expect karte h..ma baap bacchon se...husband wife se wife husband se....saas bahu se bahu saas se..aur bhi pata nahi kya kya..we all are depended on each other relationship....depend hona kisi par just like expect karna different way me kisi na kisi se...its making a roll in different way...

I agree ki har relation mein ek dusre se expectations hoti hi hai lekin jab ham kisi se expectation lagate Hain to ye yaad rakhna chahiye expectations humse bhi lagai jaati hai and everyone needs perfection.or jha perfection h vhi expectations poori hoti hai ..or hm khud perfect nhi hote bt doosre se perfection chahte h to nirasha haat lgti h bas vhi cheeze main khna chahti hu ki her insaan perfect nhi hota isliye jab expectations puri nhi hoti do nirash hone ki bajaye positive rhe ki ki ye expectations hamari khud ki li hui thi kisi ne di nhi thi ....I hope apko accha lge..thanx

GHOONGHAT..... aaj jab corona ka dour hai har koi ghooghat ki aadh me muh chupae ghoom rha hai ,,,jo  kabhi khte the ki hmne kya galti ki hai jo ghoonghat me muh chupae ...vo bhi bina kisi k khe poora poora din ghoonghat me hain janab.......or ab khte hai "thak gye vo log mask lga lga kar jo kehte the ki ghoonghat me rha kro".  Gazab ka dour hai.......🤣🤣
